Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because I specialize in customized color, relaxation services, and styling services, each appointment requires dedicated time, preparation, and product planning.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may loose the non refundable deposit application to services if not contacted within 24 hours of appointment,
• Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay in full to book future appointments.
For extension services, a non-refundable deposit may be required due to the custom ordering of hair.
I understand that life happens—things come up, emergencies happen, and schedules change. Please communicate with me, and I will always do my best to work with you when possible. This policy simply helps protect my time and ensures availability for all guests.
